FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How do I place an order?
    To place an order, go into each item that you wish to purchase and add it to the shopping cart after selecting the available product option (eg. size, colour). Once you have clicked "Add To Cart" you can use the menus to navigate to more products and add them to your shopping cart. To purchase your items once you have finished shopping, you will need to click the shopping cart item on the far right of the menu bar, next to FAQ. From here you will be able to proceed to the checkout and pay for your items, as well as view any shipping costs if applicable.
  • How can I recieve my item?
    Orders of Umpire Uniforms can be collected at Umpire Training or from the NFNL Office (see drop down box). Orders of Netball Umpire Uniforms can be collected from the NFNL Office. Orders of Footballs and large items can be collected from the NFNL Office (see drop down box). Alternatively, Shipping is at a flat rate of $25 and you can view your total, including shipping, in the checkout. Extra charges may be invoiced if parcel exceeds 25kg.
  • How do I return an item?
    Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, providing they are unused. Please contact Delwyn Berry at dberry@nfnl.org.au with your invoice number and the nature of the return.
  • How is payment processed?
    Northern Football Netball League clubs who have an account with us should order products through the NFNL Office.
